固肾方对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Gushen Decoction on Diabetic Nephropathy Rats

摘要 目的 :通过观察固肾方对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠血常规、生化指标及肾脏病理结果的影响,以探讨固肾方对糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:选取雄性SD大鼠50只,用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制作糖尿病大鼠模型,造模成功后,将大鼠随机分成5组,每组10只进行实验。大鼠于给药12周后处死,进行血常规和生化指标检测。结果:血常规与模型组比较,正常对照组、中药组、固肾方组白细胞降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),血红蛋白明显降低(P<0.01),血小板明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),体重明显升高(P<0.01)。血生化结果表明,与模型组比较,其他各组血糖、尿素氮和血肌酐明显降低(P<0.01),清蛋白明显升高(P<0.01),血钾明显降低(P<0.01),肝功能无明显差异(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,固肾方组三酰甘油明显降低(P<0.05),正常组血钙低(P<0.05),西药组超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)降低(P<0.01),正常组、西药对照组、固肾方组血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。病理可见固肾方组蛋白减少,系膜增生减轻。结论:中药固肾方能降低较高的血红蛋白、降低白细胞和血小板,升高体重,并能降低血糖,改善肾功能,减轻炎症反应,降低血管紧张素转换酶活性,减轻系膜增生,表明固肾方对糖尿病肾病大鼠有明显治疗作用。 Objective: To discuss the effect of Gushen decoction on blood routine,biochemical indexes and renal pathological results of diabetic nephropathy rat. Methods:Total 50 male SD rats were selected to make streptozotocin(STZ) diabetic rat model,after the success of modeling,the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group had 10 rats. Rats were killed after administration for 12 weeks,blood biochemical index and blood routine were dectected. Results:Compared with model group,normal control group and Chinese medicine group,Gushen decoction group decreased white blood cells(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),hemoglobin decreased significantly (P〈0.01), platelet decreased significantly (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), body weight increased significantly (P〈0.01). Compared with the model group,blood sugar,urea nitrogen and creatinine of the other groups decreased (P〈0.01),albumin(P〈0.01) increased. The serum potassium decreased significantly (P〈0.01) and liver function was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Compared with model group,Triacylglycerol of Gushen decoction decreased significantly(P〈0.05). The calcium of normal group was low(P〈0.05),high sensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP) in western medicine group decreased(P〈0.01). Angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) of the normal group,the control group of western medicine,Gushen decoction group decreased significantly (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Renal pathology showed Gushen decoction group could reduce protein and mesan- gial proliferation. Conclusion:Gushen decoction can reduce the high hemoglobin,white blood cells and platelets,increase body weight,and reduce blood sugar,improve kidney function,reduce inflammation,an- giotensin converting enzyme activity and the mesangia] proliferation. Indicating that diabetic nephropathy can be treated with Gushen decoction.
