摘要
高校贫困生是大学生中的一个动态群体。虽然在国家资助政策的大力支持下,他们的经济压力得到了很大程度的缓解,但因贫困而引发的思想和心理问题仍然突出。因此,加强人文关怀对于贫困生思想政治工作具有促进高校贫困生健康成长;提升高校贫困生的主体意识;实现高校贫困生的社会化转变;促进家庭、学校、社会的和谐稳定等现实意义。高校应及时掌握贫困生的思想动态,坚持解决好"两个问题",提升其社会交往能力,从而让贫困生树立自立意识,促进其人格健康发展。
The poor university students is a dynamic group.Although they are aspiring and ambitious,they suffer more than the ordinary ones.Thanks to the national subsidies policies,the economic condition of these poor students has been improved.However,the mist of the ideological and psychological problems caused by the poverty is still hanging over their lives.Therefore,extending more humanistic concerns to them becomes important.It will benefit to their growth;it will raise their subjective consciousness;it will promote their social transformation.Besides,it will play an important role in the harmony and stability within the family,the universities and the society.All of these require the universities to communicate with these poor students more frequently and handle with＂two problems＇ ＇properly. The improvement of these poor students can not only raise their self-independent awareness,but also give them a healthier life.
