摘要
我国建筑工程的发展非常迅速,人们对其中的智能化管理要求也越来越高。本文首先介绍了建筑智能化电气工程,其主要施工步骤为:对配电柜和其调控设施的安装、对电缆以及电缆桥架的安装、对电器配件的安装等;接着,又对智能化管理技术进行了简要介绍,将这种技术应用于建筑智能化电气工程管理中,可以显著减少人工成本、提高工作精度和速度以及安全可靠性。最后,从自动化控制、故障预测及分析以及设备优化三个方面介绍了建筑智能化电气工程管理中的智能化技术,主要说明了该技术提高了建筑智能化电气工程的自动调控性、安全性、运行效率等。
The development of construction engineering is very fast in China, and people are also having higher requirement for the intelligent management. This paper first introduces the intelligent building electrical engineering, whose main construction procedure is：installation of the power distribution cabinet and its regulation and control facilities, installation of the cable and cable tray, installation of electrical accessories, etc.; and then, it briefly introduces the intelligent management technology. To apply this technology to intelligent building electrical engineering management can significantly reduce labor costs and improve the working accuracy and speed as well as the safety and reliability. Finally, from the automation control, fault prediction and analysis and optimum equipment, this paper introduces the intelligent building intelligent technology in electrical engineering management, and mainly illustrates the technology to improve the automatic control of intelligent building electrical engineering, safety, efficiency, etc.
