摘要
本文认为 ,我国农业事业单位应适应农村经济阶段性变化的要求 ,进行战略性调整。作者在文中着重阐述了农业事业单位进行战略性调整的总体思路 ,以及调整的重点问题和配套措施。
This paper considers the agricultural institutions in our country should conduct a strategically adjustment and reform to adapt the demand of rural economy in the new stage. In this paper, author pays more attention to the overall thinking of the reform of agricultural institutions, the emphasis of adjustment and some measures to assemble the reform.
