在买方市场、知识经济和中国即将“入世”的条件下,任何一家企业欲求得发展,必须进行创新,否则,必将被市场所淘汰。因此,新世纪中国的企业必须以技术创新为核心,加快观念创新、产权制度创新、管理创新、组织创新和市场创新的步伐,真正把以企业技术创新为基础的国家创新体系落到实处。
Under the condition of buyer's market, and with china's entry into WTO, any enterprise wishing to exist and develop must make innovations,otherwise, it will be eliminated by markets. Therefore,Enterprises of the new century must form the core of technical innovations and quicken the steps of innovations in idea,property right,management,organization and market so as to implement the new national innovation system.
