黄磷炉渣制备聚硅酸铁絮凝剂的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以黄磷炉渣为硅源制备无机高分子聚硅酸铁絮凝剂,研究了Fe、Si摩尔比、聚合温度、聚合时间、熟化温度和熟化时间对聚硅酸铁絮凝剂处理云南滇池污染水絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,聚硅酸铁制备的优化工艺条件为:Fe、Si摩尔比为0.3,聚合温度为室温、聚合时间60 min,熟化温度70℃、熟化时间120 min时,对滇池污染水浊度和COD的去除率最好达到99.6%和85.2%。聚硅酸铁处理滇池污染水,絮凝效果好,形成絮体速度快、矾花粗大密集。 Inorganic high molecular polysilicate-ferric flocculant has been prepared with yellow phosphorus slag as silicon source. The flocculation effect of n(Fe)/n(Si), polymerization temperature, polymerization time, curing temperature and curing time on treating dianchi pollution water with polysilicate- ferric flocculant was studied. The results showed the optimum process conditions of preparing polysilicate-ferric was as follows: n(Fe)/n(Si) is 0.3, the polymerization temperature is at room temperature, polymerization time is 60 min, curing temperature 70 ℃, the curing time 120 min. The removal rate on turbidity and COD of dianchi pollution water reached 99.6% and 85.2% respectively. The flocculation effect is good, formation offlocs was fast and alum flowers thick dense.
