摘要
通过对公路建设水土保持特点及可能造成的水土流失类型及部位的分析 ,初步探讨了公路水土保持防治责任范围的界定 。
The authors analyses the characteristic of soil and water conservation in the highway construction and the type and the place of soil and water losses,then studies on making sure the bound of soil and water conservation in the highway construction.At the same time,preventing and controlling the soil and water conservation in highway construction is studied.
