摘要
了解河北城乡老年人医疗养老保险状况及在家庭养老功能中的作用。采用自行设计问卷及家庭功能评定量表,对河北3地区城乡≥60岁的6173名老年人进行问卷调查。结果显示河北省老年人仍有9.49%、39.89%的老年人无医疗、养老保险。在医疗、养老方面上存在城乡差异,城市好于农村;老年人家庭功能呈弱化趋势;有医疗、养老保险者家庭功能较好(P<0.05)。提示在老龄化严峻形势及家庭功能不断弱化的趋势下,国家应加大资金投入,完善医疗社会保障体系,发挥政府、社区、家庭相互协作的共赢作用。
To analysis the situation of medical and pension insurances ,and the impact on family function of the eld-erly people in Hebei urban and rural area .Investigations were carried out for 6173 elderly people aged 60 years and above in three regions of Hebei Province .using self-designed questionnaire and family assessment device .The re-sults showed that the elderly,who make ends meet,accounted 18.4%.Still 9.49%、39.89%of the elderly didn’t have medical and pension insurance .There were difference between urban and rural in economy ,medical and pen-sion insurances .The family function of the elderly is weaking .medical and pension insurances had influences on family function of the elderly ,income showed positive correlation .The elderly ,who own medical and pension insur-ances,have better family function （P ＆lt;0.05）.Under the grim situation of aging and the weaking trend of family function ,The government should improve the social security system and increase the economic income .Government, community ,family collaborate with each other to enhance the family function of the elderly .
