摘要
BIM软件不再是低水平的几何绘图工具,而是由一个个高层住宅构件组成的高层住宅整体.概述了BIM技术的原理与优势,具体分析了BIM技术在虚拟高层住宅中的应用设计与实现情况,并且进行了案例分析,取得了比较好的效果.
BIM software has gone beyond the functions of elementary geometric drawing tool. It addresses a panoramic view of the high-rise residential building of various components. We have outlined the principles and advantages of BIM technology and given a detailed analysis of BIM technology in virtual high-rise residential design and implementations. Case study has shown a satisfactory result.
