摘要
可追溯体系作为控制农产品质量安全的有效手段,在国内已开展相关的研究和应用。本文综述了近年来蔬菜供应链可追溯体系的研究进展,对我国食品安全可追溯体系的发展历程进行了简述,分析了我国蔬菜供应链可追溯体系的建设状况,并进行了分类总结和展望。
Traceability system, as an effective means to control the quality and safety of agricultural products, has carried out related research and applications in china. This paper reviewed the research status of vegetable supply chain traceability system in recent years, and gave a brief introduction of the development history of traceability system, and then analyzed the construction status of vegetable supply chain traceability system in china, and finally provided ideas and references for the further development.
