摘要
为了更好地处理水库兴利调度评价中的不确定性信息以及避免决策过程的主观偏好性,提出了基于结构熵权、灰色关联和D-S证据理论相结合的水库兴利调度综合评价方法。该方法以"结构熵权法"确定各评价指标的权重,利用灰色综合关联法计算各指标的不确信度从而构建Mass函数矩阵,在此基础上通过D-S证据理论对Mass函数进行合成得到信度函数的量化结果。实例表明采用灰色关联与D-S证据理论相结合能够最大程度地消除评价对象内在的不确定性,得到的评价结果更加合理有效。
Combined with the structural entropy ,weight ,grey incidence and D-S evidence theory ,a new comprehensive method for evaluating the reservoir’s utilizable dispatch is proposed so as to deal the uncertainty of information and sub-jective preference in the decision process with a better way .First ,the “structural entropy method” is used to determine the index weight ,then ,the grey incidence method is used to calculate the uncertainty index and build the Mass function matrix ,on this basis ,the final evaluation results are got via the synthesis of the Mass function with D -S evidence theory . At last ,this method is applied to a case of reservoir’s utilizable dispatch ,and the results show that the method is more effective and reasonable depending on the information fusion in eliminating the uncertainty .
