摘要
随着我国高校毕业生就业竞争日益激烈,大学生就业准备的重要性日益突出。但我国大学生就业准备的整体状况并不乐观,存在着忽视就业准备的"全程性"、"主动性"、"全面性"、"根本目标"方面的误区。改进大学生就业准备,高校要提供全面和个性的就业指导,加强就业指导人员的队伍建设。
With the competitive employment situation of the college graduates, it is important for college students to be ready to do some preparation for getting a job before graduation. However, the situation is not so optimistic in job preparation, for ignoring the full ranging, comprehensive, initiative preparation and the ultimate goals. To improve the employment preparation, the colleges and universities should provide comprehensive and individual employment guidance for the graduates and build up the employment guidance staff.
