摘要
随着公众对食品药品安全高度关注和监管工作破解难题、迎接挑战的需要,我们必须贯彻科学发展观,用"为民、求是、严谨、创新"科学检验精神指导检测检验工作,促进实验室管理水平的进一步提升。通过对食品药品检验检测实验室管理体制机制变化的分析,探讨了科学检验精神与实验室科学管理间的内在关系,及其对推动本行业实验室管理水平提升的重要作用。倡导全体药检人通过不懈的努力,全面落实科学检验精神,有效促进药检事业的发展。
With the public intensely focused on medicines and food safety, the requirement of finding a solution to the problems of supervision and tackling challenges, we must follow out the scientific development. Through the guide of scientific test spirit of Test for civilian, Faetualistie, Precise and Innovation, , the laboratory management level has been further improved. Based on research of testing and inspections associated with food and drug from systems and mechanisms to laboratory management, this paper probes the relationship between scientific test spirit and laboratory management, and the function of scientific test spirit for promoting the level of laboratory management. All drug inspectors should be carried out scientific test spirit comprehensively through sustained efforts to promote the development and advancement of food and drug testing and inspections.
