摘要
为了提高实验教学水平和人才培养质量,积极探索实验室建设思路,引导学生参与实验室设备改造与开发,丰富实验教学内容,培养学生综合实践与创新能力。通过分析"现代生产与物流实验室"现状与设备改造的意义,结合学生的知识与能力的特点,明确实验室设备改造目标,制定项目实施方案与步骤,通过学生参与"现代生产与物流实验室改造与开发"项目的实践,不仅改善实验设备性能、开发新的实验项目、提高实验教学质量;而且培养学生的艰苦奋斗、团队合作精神,锻炼了学生的自强和自信,提高了学生分析、解决实际问题的能力和创新意识。
In order to improve the level of experimental teaching and the quality of talent training,actively explore new idea in laboratory construction,we lead students to participate in renovation and development of laboratory equipment. The activity can enrich content of training,and cultivate students with comprehensive competence,innovation ability and practical abilities. By summarizing the characteristics of ＂ Modern production and logistics laboratory＂ and significance of equipment modification,we should impart knowledge and capacity at the same time,define the object of laboratory equipment modification,develop the implementation plans,and guide the students to involve in the practice of ＂ Modern production and logistics laboratory＂. It not only improves the performance of experimental equipment,develops of new experimental projects,enhances the quality of experiment teaching; but also cultivates the students＇ hard work,team cooperation spirit,exercises the self-improvement and self-confidence. The students have been improved their ability of analyzing and solving actual problem,enhanced their innovation consciousness.
