摘要 鉴于接近开关传统检测方法,即人工检测的不安全性、单一性、效率低、误差大等问题,将自动化控制技术、数据采集技术和计算机网络等技术相结合,研究开发了接近开关操作频率智能测试平台。该智能测试平台整个测试流程由控制软件系统控制,软件还包含检测和分析功能,提高了检测设备的自动化、智能化与信息化水平。智能测试平台控制系统融合专家系统、人工智能技术,原理上基于知识,通过知识推理、知识利用实现智能测试平台测试过程中故障自检功能。系统还具电能质量在线和离线分析功能、测试数据可自动生成报表并自动上传至网络服务器,大大提高智能接近开关检测的能力。 Proximity sensors have vary types,such as inductive proximity and capacitive and non-mechanical magnetic and ultrasonic proximity sensors. Operation frequency is one of the index tested frequently. The traditional testing is done by person,it exists not only single method and poor efficiency,but also random measurement error and low reliability and low precision. The paper adopts modern control technology,high precision sensor technology,network communication technology and data acquisition technology to design automatic testing platform,studies and develops such a platform proximity sensor operation frequency testing. The platform applies software to control testing process and hlods detection and analysis function. It improves testing equipment,and realizes automation,intellectualization and information. The platform integrates expert system and artificial intelligence technology. Fault self-diagnosis function by knowledge inference,knowledge utilization,test data real time transmission,and on-line and off-line analysis function of power quality are applied in system. These technologies improve greatly testing ability of proximity sensor operation frequency automatic test platform.
