吉林白鹅GH基因和IGF-I基因PCR-RFLP研究

摘要 为研究生长激素及其相关基因在不同肉鹅群体中的多态性,以GH和IGF-I基因为研究对象,对吉林省肉用鹅群体的225个个体进行PCR-RFLP(Restrictionfragmentlengthpolymorphism,限制性片段长度多肽)分析。结果发现:吉林白鹅生长激素(GH)和类胰岛素样生长因子均未发现多态性。
