摘要
对1550mm酸轧机组日历作业率进行分析,查找存在不足,从人员管理、生产组织管理、设备改造和设备点检等角度制定攻关措施,使日历作业率由年初的71.75%提高到86.75%,机组年产量突破150万吨。
The calendar operation rate of 1 550 mm Continuous Pickling and Continuous Cold Rolling Mill (CDCM) was analyzed to find its deficiencies, and the countermeasures were established in respects of personal management, production organization management, equipment transformation and fixed point in- spection of equipments. Hence the calendar operation rate was improved from 71.75% at the beginning of the year to 86.75%, and the annual output of the CDCM exceeded 1.5 million ton.
