使用过氧化氢酶控制剂对漂白用白水进行处理,以提高过氧化氢(H2O2)漂白效率。漂白用白水处理条件为:过氧化氢酶用量为30×10^-6体积分数,温度50℃,处理时间30min。废纸浆漂白条件为:浆浓10%,温度90℃,漂白时间60min,H2O2用量为20kg/t,NaOH用量为3kg/t、Na2SiO3用量为25kg/t。过氧化氢酶控制剂用于废纸浆漂白,在保证浆料白度的情况下,H2O2用量降低约20%,吨浆综合漂白成本降低约7.5元。
In order to improve the efficiency of hydrogen peroxide bleaching, catalase control agent was used to treat white water for bleaching. Treatment conditions for white water used for bleaching were as follows: catalase dosage 30 ppm, temperature 50 ℃ and treating time 30 min. Waste paper pulp bleaching conditions were as follows: the pulp consistency 10%, temperature 90 ℃, bleaching time 60 rain, H2O2 dosage 20 kg/t, NaOH dosage 3 kg/t and Na2SiO3 dosage 25 kg/t. Addition of catalase control agent in bleaching progress, in which case the bleached pulp brightness is desirable, would reduce the comprehensive cost per ton bleached pulp for about 7.5 ¥ by reducing about 20% consumption of hydrogen peroxide.
