摘要
介绍了常见的主动模拟肺,从呼吸参数相似度的角度总结了其结构特点,分析了不同模拟肺的优势和不足,并结合呼吸生理和病理条件下呼吸系统的力学特点,指出了动态顺应性的模拟、逐次呼吸改变呼吸参数等是主动模拟肺的发展重点。
The common types of active simulated lungs are introduced. The characteristics of construction are summarized according to the respiratory mechanics parameters, with the conclusion of advantages and shortcomings respectively. Combined with the mechanics speeility of respiratory system under the condition of physiology and pathology, the key issues, such as simulation of dynamics compliance and regulation of parameters breath by breath for the future of active simulated lung are pointed out.
