摘要
扼要地介绍了ANSYS-Workbench有限元软件求解模态、随机振动基本概念的原理及分析步骤;通过对电机转轴进行动力学有限元仿真计算,结合电机实际试验分析,发现了引起转轴断裂破坏的主要原因,并为电机转轴结构优化,提高转轴抗疲劳性能,以及改进试验固持装置等方面提供了依据。
The theory of modal and random vibration involved in ANSYS-Workbench finite software was introduced briefly in this paper,and the procedure as well.The main factor of spindle failure was discovered by the dynamics finite analysis with ANSYS-Workbench,such as modal and random analysis.Some reasonable advice on optimizing the spindle structure and improving test mechanism was provided.
