开槽应力释放法优化整体结构件切削加工研究 被引量:9

摘要 为研究开槽法对整体结构件变形影响,以开槽应力释放法为基础,从力学角度建立单一残余应力作用下开槽法应力释放理论模型。建立开槽释放应力有限元模型,讨论了开槽深度、开槽宽度、开槽走向和开槽数目4个主要因素对开槽效果的影响。研究表明,所建立的模型能正确预测开槽过程中残余应力释放影响毛坯件变形;开槽深度应控制在毛坯件中性层面附近;开槽宽度宜控制在总宽度2/3之内;开横槽应力释放效果要优于纵槽;开槽数目越多,残余应力释放效果越好。 In order to study the relationship between slotting and deformation of monolithic components , it builds a mechanical model considering the single direction residual stress and a finite element model of slotting corre -spondingly .It shows detail analysis such as the slotting depth , the slotting width , the slotting direction and the number of slotting .According to the above analysis , the model can predict the deformation during cutting process exactly while the slotting depth is around neutral layer of blank .It is found that the slotting width should be smal-ler than 2/3 of total width and slotting along transverse is better than slotting along lengthways .The larger the slotting number is , the better the slotting effect is .
