The paper introduced the development achievements of Xi＇ an Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Group and analyzed the problems the group facing. Further, this paper put forwarded the development strategy of Xi＇ an Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Group, such as ＂one transformation＂, ＂two expanding＂,＂ three rely on＂, ＂four break through points＂ and ＂four modernizations＂.
