摘要
信息化水平已成为衡量一个国家或地区经济发展和社会文明进步的重要标志。当前我国正处在工业化、现代化加速发展阶段,大力推进国民经济和社会信息化是加快工业化进程的必然选择,是提高我国国民整体经济水平、促进各项社会事业发展的迫切需要。作者对河北省农村信息化的基础设施建设、信息资源、传播渠道以及农村居民整体素质进行了概述,分析了在信息传播过程中存在农户等获取信息渠道单一、信息资源单一、农民科技意识淡薄等方面的问题,提出了政府主导、因地制宜、分步实施的建议。
The informatization level has become an important symbol to measure economic development and social civilization progress of a country or region.At present, our country is in the stage of accelerated development of industrialization and modernization, vigorously promoting national economic and social development is the inevitable choice to accelerate the process of industrialization , it is urgent to improve the overall national economic level and the development of social undertakings.In the paper, the infrastructure construction, information resource, communication channels and the overall quality of rural residents of rural informatization in Hebei Province were summarized , the problems in the information dissemination process such as single channel for getting information , single information resource , eroded science and technology awareness of farmers were analyzed , then the suggestions of government leading , taking measures suit to local conditions and implementation step by step were proposed.
