摘要
《环境空气质量标准》( GB 3095-2012)的发布与实施对我国环境空气质量标准提出了更严格的要求。为切实推进和加强重庆地区区域环境空气质量的监控与管理,以2012年环境空气质量评价6项监测指标( SO2、 NO2、 PM10、 PM2.5、 CO 和 O3-8h)年均浓度为测算基准, SO2、 NO2、 CO 和 O3-8h 保持2012年年均浓度不变, PM10和PM2.5年均浓度按照每5 a同时连续削减15%进行测算,得到2012~2027年新标准达标测算结果。结果表明:4项气态监测指标( SO2、 NO2、 CO和O3-8 h)易达标, PM10于2017年后可低于新标准二级年均浓度限值70.00μg/m3,而PM2.5浓度达标至2027年将仍具有一定的难度。
With the issue and implementation of Ambient Air Quality Standard ( GB 3095-2012 ) , it puts forward more stringent requirements on ambient air quality standard of our country.In order to promoting and strengthening the environmental air quality management in Chongqing area , based on the 6 indicators ( SO2 , NO2 , PM10 , PM2.5, CO and O3-8h ) annual concentration of air quality environment evaluation in 2012, keeping the concentrations of SO2, NO2, CO and O3-8h in 2012 unchanged, annual concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 continuously cut down 15% per each five years at the same time, the new standard test results in 2012-2027 are surfacing.The results showed that the annual concentrations of four gas monitoring indicators ( SO2 , NO2 , CO and O3-8h) easily reached to the new standard, PM10 annual concentration was lower than 70.00 μg/m3 until 2017, but PM2.5 will still difficult up to the new point in 2027.
