不同浓度枯草芽孢杆菌对黄瓜秧苗长势和质量的影响 被引量:19

摘要 枯草芽孢杆菌是一类含有活性微生物的特定制剂,应用于农业生产中能够获得特定的肥料效应。以黄瓜秧苗为试材,采用灌根的方法施用枯草芽孢杆菌3次(基施1次,出苗后5 d和15 d各追施1次),试验设枯草芽孢杆菌施用浓度0(清水,CK)、5×105、6×105、7×105、8×105、9×105和10×105cfu/mL计7个处理,研究不同浓度枯草芽孢杆菌处理对黄瓜秧苗长势和质量的影响。结果表明:施用试验剂量的枯草芽孢杆菌在一定程度上均能够提高黄瓜秧苗的长势和质量,其中能够产生显著影响的枯草芽孢杆菌最低施用浓度为6×105cfu/mL。建议生产上枯草芽孢杆菌的施用浓度为6×105cfu/mL,不仅经济,且效果明显。 Bacillus subtilis is a kind of specific formulations containing active microorganisms , which has been using in agricultural production to obtain a specific fertilizer effect.In this experiment , Bacillus subtilis were applied three times ( basal application one time , topdressing each one time in 5 d and 15 d after emergence ) with the concentrations of 0 (clean water, CK), 5 ×10^5, 6 ×10^5, 7 ×10^5, 8 ×10^5, 9 ×10^5 and 10 ×10^5 cfu/mL to the roots of cucumber seedlings , the effects of different concentrations of Bacillus subtilis on the growth and quality of cucumber seedlings were studied.The results showed that all the tested concentrations of Bacillus subtilis could promote the growth and the quality of cucumber seedlings , and the lowest concentration which could produce significant affect was 6 ×10^5 cfu/mL.It suggested that the most economic and effective concentration of Bacillus subtilis in production was 6 ×10^5 cfu/mL.
