摘要
围绕房地产金融这一金融理论研究的新课题,在对复杂性科学研究方法论进行一定的研究和借鉴的基础上,通过对传统金融理论研究的分析论、还原论的局限性分析,以期为金融理论的研究探索一个新的视角,推进金融理论研究方法论的创新,为房地产金融基础理论的研究找到有效的研究路径。
This paper attempts to new topics around this financial theory to study the real estate finance , somebasic research and reference on the research method of the complexity science theory, through the analysis on limi-tation of reduction of traditional financial theory, theoretical research, in order to explore a new perspective to thestudy of financial theory, and to advance innovative research of theory of financial theory, to find an effective re-search path for the research on the basic theory of real estate finance.
