摘要
对维生素K1注射液的严重不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。在广东、海南等10省区的ADR信息查询系统调取2002年1月1日~2011年9月15日的维生素K1注射液不良反应/事件（ADR/ADE）病例报告。发现严重病例311例,临床表现主要为过敏性休克、呼吸困难、紫绀等;初步判断吐温80可能是导致维生素K1注射液产生过敏反应的主要成分之一,应予以关注。
Severe allergic reactions of vitamin K1 injection were analyzed.The adverse reaction（ADR） data were collected from ADR case report database of ten provinces such as Guangdong and Hainan from January 1,2002 to September 15,2011,311 of which were severe cases clinically,manifested as anaphylactic shock,dyspnea,cyanosis,etc.Tween 80 may be judged as the main reason causing the adverse reactions of vitamin K1 injection inducing anaphylactoid reactions,which should be highlighted.
