摘要
目的：对参芪五味子胶囊进行质量标准研究,以控制参芪五味子胶囊的质量。方法：建立了黄芪中有效成分黄芪甲苷的薄层鉴别方法,并采用高效液相色谱法测定方中五味子有效成分五味子醇甲含量。色谱条件为Hypersil-C18柱（5μm,4.6 mm×200 mm）;流动相为乙腈-水（50∶50）;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长250 nm。结果：采用HPLC方法测定,简便准确,专属性强,重复性好,五味子醇甲在0.1183-1.183μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,五味子醇甲的平均回收率为97.68%,RSD为1.4%。结论：黄芪甲苷薄层色谱鉴别图谱清晰,五味子含量测定方法简便,准确度高,可有效地控制参芪五味子胶囊质量。
Objective ： To establish the quality standard for Senqi Wuweizi Capsules. Method ： Astragaloside A in Radix Astragali was identified by TLC. The contents of schisandrin in Sehisandra chinensls was determined by HPLC. HPLC analytical method was carried out using a Hypersil-Cls （ 5 μ m, 4.6 mm · 200 mm）eolumn and a mixture containing 50 volume of acetonitrile and 50 volume of water as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results： In TLC, the spots were very clear and specific to identify the Astragaloside A. The linear range of sehisandrin was from 0.1183-1.183 μ g （r=0.9999） and the average recovery was 97.68% （RSD=1.4%）. Conclusion ： It is simple and quick and has high precise and accurate to control the quality of Senqi Wuweizi Capsules.
