不同促排卵药物治疗多囊卵综合征效果观察被引量：4

摘要目的对比克罗米芬(clomiphene,CC)与来曲唑(letrozole,LE)用于多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian system,PCOS)患者促排卵治疗的效果。方法选择2012年1月—2013年8月就诊的排卵障碍为唯一不孕因素的PCOS患者83例,CC组45例,LE组38例,分别于月经,或者撤退出血第3天给予克罗米芬50 mg,LE 2.5 mg口服促排卵治疗。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 CC组HCG日内膜(7.66±1.15)mm,LE组(9.34±1.02)mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组排卵率、妊娠率、卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。CC组多胎妊娠率22.22%,LE组多胎妊娠率5.26%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LE用于PCOS患者促排卵治疗对于子宫内膜无明显不良影响,多胎妊娠率低于CC组,是一种安全、有效、经济的促排卵药物。
