新型直线式制冷压缩机数值模拟与分析

摘要 建立直线式制冷压缩机的理论数学模型,运用MATLAB进行仿真计算,在压缩机排气量稳定的情况下,对压缩机的几个主要参数如气体等效阻尼、推力常数及系统功率因素等进行合理的数值模拟和参数分析。通过变化缸径与活塞行程的比值,推导出设置合理的比值能提高能效比;通过加厚永磁体的厚度,推导出线圈的电流变小,中间损耗减小;通过共振原理推导出减小驱动电源的频率,可以缩减整机的体积。最终达到在提高压缩机的效率的同时,做到减小能量的损耗和对环境的污染。
