串联双Excel支架与串联双Xience V支架治疗冠状动脉长病变的对比研究

摘要 目前,经皮冠状动脉内支架成形术已经是治疗冠心病行之有效的方法,在临床实践中,经常会遇到病变长度＞ 20mm、美国心脏病学会/美国心脏协会分型——C型的病变,据统计[1]该病变约占总体病变的20％,在治疗长病变中,往往需要串联植入2个以上的支架.目前,进口Xience V支架以其良好的品质得到术者及患者的认可;同时国产Excel支架凭借其良好的性价比,在临床应用中的比例亦稳步提高.
