摘要
通过建立实验室模型,对影响立磨机磨矿效率的介质大小及添加量进行了分析研究。小直径介质有利于磨机内能量密度的提高和磨削面积的增加,而适当增大介质直径则可提升有效磨矿容积和延长磨矿时间。介质参数的最终选取还要根据其它因素综合考虑。
In this paper, based on the establishment of laboratory model, we have studied the effects of media size and amount on the grinding efficiency of vertical stirred mill. The results indicate that smaller size media is Conducive to improve the energy density and increase the specific surface area of grinding in the mill cylinder, while larger size media enhances the volume of grinding space and expends the grinding time. The determination of media parameters should take into account other factors.
