摘要
基于增压柴油机电控高压EGR系统,以自动试验控制策略为核心,在快速原型开发平台中建立了EGR自动标定试验系统。在此基础上,为了验证EGR自动标定试验系统的功能,建立并测试了离线验证系统。此试验系统的基本策略是在EGR阀开度参考脉谱图的基础上通过可开发ECU控制EGR阀自动运行试验,得到最优化的EGR阀开度脉谱图。结果表明,该标定系统可以提高电控EGR系统的研发效率,降低标定试验中的人为错误。
Based on the electronic control high pressure EGR system of turbocharged diesel engine,the EGR automatic calibration test system that focused on the control strategy of automatic test was built by rapid prototyping tool.Moreover,the offline verification system was established and tested for verifying the EGR automatic calibration system.The essential control strategy of test system was that the developed ECU controlled EGR valve to operate automatically based on the reference MAP of EGR valve opening and the optimal MAP of EGR valve opening was acquired.The result shows that the calibration system can improve the development efficiency of electronic control EGR system and reduce the human errors in calibration experiment.
