摘要
以湖北工业职业技术学院(以下简称湖北工业职院)"双园融合"办学模式为研究平台,探讨了高职教育实现校企文化互融的必要性以及实现途径和措施,提出构建校企文化互融应把握的主要问题。
Based on the pattern of ＂School-Enterprise Integration＂ of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic, the paper explores the necessi- ties to achieve the merge of campus and enterpreise culture and ways and measures to achieve it, and raises key issues that should be paid attention to when establishing the merge of campus and enterprise culture.
