摘要
聚维酮碘是一种新型消毒剂。体外抑菌试验结果表明，聚维酮碘消毒液对家蚕病原细菌和真菌的抑制作用较强，最小抑菌浓度范围为0．31～0．62mg/L，最低杀菌浓度范围为1．25～2．5mg/L。生物学试验表明，当有效碘浓度为1．25mg/L时，对家蚕病原细菌和病原真菌的杀灭效果均达到100％，并且该消毒剂对家蚕生长发育、茧质无不良影响。药效稳定性试验表明，常温下聚维酮碘消毒液的有效期可达2年。
Povidone iodine is a new type of disinfection .The in vitro antibacterial tests showed that povidone iodine had a good inhibitory effect on the etiological bacteria and fungi of silkworm .The minimum inhibitory concentration range was 0 .31~0 .62mg/L ,and the minimum bactericidal concentration range was 1 .25~2 .5mg/L .Biological experiment showed that povidone iodine was good at controlling silkworm pathogenic bacteria and fungi .When its concentration was 1 .25mg/L ,the disinfection efficacy was 100% against pathogenic bacteria and fungi .Physiological test showed that povidone io-dine had no adverse effects on the growth and development of silkworm .Stability test showed that validity period of povi-done iodine was two years at room temperature .
