摘要
对单轨车转向架牵引机构进行组合加载试验是安全性判定中关键的试验,文章介绍了一种跨坐式单轨车转向架结构与原理,设计了牵引机构2点与3点组合加载试验方案重点分析了2点组合加载试验方案,研究了不同横向偏摆角度对牵引机构力学性能的影响,结果表明在不同工况下牵引机构都具有较好的安全性和可靠性,试验设计达到了预期效果,相应研究成果对牵引机构产品研发和试验起指导作用。
Load combination test carried out on the monorail car bogie traction mechanism is critical to determine the security. In this paper, the structure and principle of a kind of straddle-type monorail vehicle bogie are introduced. We focus on analyzing the traction institutions 2 point load combination test, and study the influence of different transverse deflection angles on traction mechanism and mechanical properties. Studies have shown that the traction mechanism is safe and reliable under different conditions. The expected result is achieved and can direct the design and experiment of the traction mechanism produces.
