摘要
建立转向架轴箱橡胶节点的三维实体模型。通过非线性有限元分析,得到节点橡胶衬套应变云图,并对节点疲劳寿命的影响因素进行阐述。将节点在不同载荷工况下的最大Green-Lagrange应变作为疲劳破坏参数,预测转向架轴箱橡胶节点的疲劳寿命。通过扩大节点外钢套端部空间,有效提高转向架轴箱橡胶节点实际使用寿命。
A 3D physical model for the bogie rubber joint was established. Based on nonlinear finite element analysis, the strain contour of rubber hush was obtained, and fatigue life influence factors of the rubber joint were illustrated. Taking maximum green lagrange strain of rubber joint in different loads as fatigue damage parameter in different loads, the fatigue life of the bogie rubber joint was forecasted. Through enlarging the space of outer sleeve ends, the fatigue life of the bogie rubber joint was effectively improved.
