摘要
设计了轮缘厚度为30 mm,28 mm,26 mm的3种LMA经济型踏面供动车所参考,分别从轮轨接触几何关系、蛇行运动稳定性、构架横向稳定性、车体平稳性、小曲线通过性能等方面与LMA踏面进行了对比,结果表明,3种经济型踏面各项动力学指标均满足要求而且有一定的安全裕量。
Three kinds of LMA economical treads whose flange thicknesses are 30 mm, 28 mm and 26 mm respectively were designed for reference by Inspection and Repair Depot for Motor Cars. The wheel/rail contact geometry relationship, stability of snack movement, lateral stability of bogie, stability of the ear body, small curving performance were compared with LMA tread. The result shows that the dynamic performance indexes of three kinds of economical treads all satisfy the requirements and have a certain safety allowance.
