摘要
随着市场经济的发展,建设企业的管理工作变的日益复杂,因此,必须对工程项目进行高质量的管理。文章就"三段三算"及"二限"原则、以及分解目标,明确责权,动态管理方面。从工程项目设计到竣工决算的成本控制提出了相应的控制办法及措施。
With the development of the market economy,the competition becomes more and more complex in the management of construction enterprises. Therefore high-quality project cost management are needed.This paper puts forward the cost controlling methods and measures from engineering project design to final settlement of account. Based on three-section three-account and two limit principle as soon as resolve aim, clear-cut responsibility, dynamic management.
