摘要
以机制砂水泥砂浆为研究对象,探讨了机制砂中石粉含量、聚丙烯纤维掺量对水泥砂浆干缩性能的影响.在分析石粉含量分别为0%,7.9%,10%,15%,20%,25%和30%时的影响并确定最佳含量的基础上,考虑聚丙烯纤维掺量分别为0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2 kg/m3及纤维长度分别为6,12,18 mm时,研究了聚丙烯纤维对机制砂水泥砂浆干缩性能的改善效果.结果表明,掺入1.2 kg/m3、长度18 mm的聚丙烯纤维可以有效减小机制砂水泥砂浆的干缩值.
Experiments were carried out to study the dry-shrinkage of cement mortar with machine-made sand affected by the contents of stone powder and polypropylene fiber. On the basis of the optimal stone powder content determined after analyzing influences of the stone powder content as 0% , 7.9% , 10% , 15% , 20% , 25% , 30% mass of machine-made sand, the mass contents of polypropyl-ene fiber as 0. 6 kg/m^3, 0. 8 kg/m^3, 1.0 kg/m^3, 1.2 kg/m^3 with lengths of 6 mm, 12 mm, 18 mm respectively were considered to study its reducing effect on the dry-shrinkage of cement mortar with machine-made sand. The results show that the dry-shrinkage of ce-ment mortar with machine-made sand can be effectively reduced by admixing the mass content of polypropyleue fiber as 1.2 kg/m^3 with length of 18 mm.
