摘要
随着中医药现代化的不断深入,新的研究理论、方法和技术不断涌现,中药复方配伍规律的研究取得了令人瞩目的成就。本文对近年来中药复方药动学配伍的主要研究进展进行综述,包括复方主要成分在体内的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等过程相互作用的机理研究,并提出展望。
With the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM） and continuous emergence of new the-ories,methods and techniques ,many striking achievements have been gained in the study of TCM compatibility.This paper reviewed the progresses of pharmacokinetic compatibility of TCM , including herb-herb interaction mechanism exists in absorption ,distribution ,metabolism and excretion ,and further sets up the prospects.
