摘要
不同耐盐力甘薯品种的苗期 ,在不同浓度的NACl溶液胁迫下 ,叶片质膜透性、MDA含量、O- 2 产生速率都增加 ,耐盐品种增加幅度小于不耐盐品种 ,低浓度NACl胁迫下SOD活性上升 ,高浓度胁迫下SOD活性下降 ,中耐和不耐盐品种CAT活性随NACl胁迫浓度的提高而下降 ,耐盐品种CAT活性在低浓度时上升 ,后随NACl胁迫浓度的提高而下降。 3个不同耐盐力的甘薯品种POD活性均随NACl胁迫浓度提高而上升 。
Three different sweet potato cultivars in salt-tolerance were used in this study. Effects of NaCl stress on active oxygen metabolism in sweet potato leaves of essdling stage were studied. The result showed that: 1.Under different NaCl concentrations stress, the relative permeability of plasma memberane, content of malondial dehyde(MDA) and O 2 production rate increased, the extent of increase was less in tolerance cultivar than sensitive cultivar. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased under lower NaCl concentractions stress, while it decrased under higher NaCl concentractions stress. 2.The activity of catalase(CAT) in moderately tolerance and sensitive cultivars decreased under NaCl stress, while the activtiy of catalase(CAT) in tolerance cultivar increased under lower NaCl concentractions stress and decreased under higher NaCl concentractions stress. 3.The activity of peroxidase(POD) increased under NaCl stress, the extent of increase was greater in sensitive cultivar than in moderately tolerance and tolerance cultivars.
