摘要
利用 ND Lasota株、 IB M41株和山东 IB分离株 A株经 SPF鸡胚分别繁育，检验合格后灭活，按一定比例混合，研制 ND－ IB二联油乳剂灭活苗。经实验室检查和田间应用实验表明，该疫苗对雏鸡、成鸡安全有效，无副作用，可作为预防这两种病的良好生物制剂。
Lasota,M41 and the isolated IB virus'A'of Shandong Province proliferated in the embryos of SPF chicken,were killed after inspection in lab and were fixed by proportion,then the combined Oilemulsified inactivated vaccine against ND＆ multivalent IB was made.The experiment in lab and the field showed the vaccine was efficient and safe.It could be a good vaccine to prevent against these two diseases.
