摘要 管柱砂埋遇卡是油水井生产作业过程中经常发生的情况。常规解卡工艺其工艺复杂、费用高,施工周期长、劳动强度大。采用氮气气举负压解卡工艺,当管柱砂埋后,从套管闸门注入高压氮气,经过相应操作,使环空产生负压,地层大量出液携带砂子上升,上提管柱实现管柱解卡。实际应用表明,此项工艺技术操作简单、快捷、高效。 Stuck and sand buried of the string often occurs during production operations to oil and water wells. Conventional unstuck technologies have features of complex processes,high cost,long operation period,intensive labor. Negative pressure unstuck technology by nitrogen gas lift is used that high-pressure nitrogen gas is injected from the case brake valve when the string is sand buried,which makes the annulus has negative pressure through appropriate action so that a lot of fluids produced from formation rise carried sand,hoisting up the string achieves unstuck operation. Practical application shows that this technology is simple,fast and efficient.
