山西煤层气井压裂工艺技术与研究 被引量:6

摘要 煤层气井的储集条件特殊,煤层气的产出条件也不同于常规的油气井压裂的工艺要求。由于我国煤层松软、割理发育、表面积大、吸附性强、压力低等特点,在开采煤层气时,存在单井产量低、经济效益差的普遍情况。以山西某区块实施压裂的煤层气井为例,对该区块的煤层气井进行了压裂液体系优选、支撑剂优选、施工参数优化、总体实施效果的评价,结合相关理论,形成了初步结论,为下步山西煤层气开发提供指导性意见。 Reservoir conditions of coal-bed methane wells are special,and whose outputs are also different from conventional oil and gas well fracturing process requirements. Because of features of soft coal bed in China,developed cleat,large surface area,strong adsorption,and low pressure,general conditions of low production per well,poor economic benefit is existed during exploitation of Coalfield methane. Taking example of a block of Shanxi CBM well fracturing,evaluation of optimization of the fracturing fluid system,preferred proppant,optimization of construction parameter,the overall effectiveness of implementation have been done to coalfield methane wells,and combined with the related theory,the formation of a preliminary conclusion is formed,which provides a guidance for the development of Shanxi CBM at next step.
