摘要
自然灾害损失预测研究的核心问题是灾害定量化问题。本文阐述了中国减轻地震灾害活动中灾害定量化研究的技术思路和一些理论要点。文章还对灾害损失预测研究中的若干理论问题进行了讨论并介绍了国内外这一领域的某些成果。
The key problem of research on prediction of losses caused by natural disasters is di- saster quantification.This paper expounds the technological thinking of disaster quantifi- cation research and some theoretical main points in earthquake disaster reduction activities in China.The paper also discusses several theoretical problems in studying the prediction of losses caused by disasters,and introduces some results obtained in this field at home and abroad.
