摘要
目的观察温针灸治疗对血液流变学的影响,了解其对缺血性中风中经络患者的治疗作用和相关性。方法将90例急性期缺血性中风中经络患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用基础药物治疗,治疗组在基础药物治疗基础上加用温针治疗,两组治疗前后均行血液流变学指标检查和疗效判定。结果两组治疗后血液流变学指标与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后血液流变学指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论温针灸对急性期缺血性中风中经络患者的血液流变学改善作用明显,其总有效率优于药物治疗,是治疗缺血性中风中经络患者的有效方法之一。
Objective To observe the effect of warm needling on the hemorheology, and to understand the treatment effect and relevance of warm needling in treating ischemic stroke of meridian pattern. Method Ninety patients with acute ischemic stroke of meridian pattern were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was intervened by basic medication, while the treatment group was by warm needling in addition to the basic medication. The hemorheology indexes were detected before and after treatment, and the therapeutic efficacies were evaluated. Result After treatment, the hemorheology indexes were changed significantly in both groups（P0.05）, and the inter-group differences in the hemorhology indexes were statistically significant（P0.05）. The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusion Warm needling can significantly improve the hemorheology indexes of patients undergone acute ischemic stroke of meridian pattern, and it＇s better than the medication treatment in comparing the total effective rate. Therefore, warm needling is one of the effective approaches in treating ischemic stroke of meridian pattern.
