摘要
利用有机单体具有聚合的能力 ,在氧化铝料浆中加入丙烯酰胺有机单体 ,使其吸附于氧化铝颗粒的表面 ,通过在注浆成型中引发剂的作用而发生聚合反应 ,得到可机械加工的高强度、高均匀性的坯体。
A few acrylamide monomers were added into alumina slip,which was absorbed on the grain surface of the powders,Utilizing the polymerizing ability of monomer,a machinable,high strength and homogenous green body has been obtained by the polymerization caused by initiator during casting.
