摘要
石墨浮选提纯过程中中矿处理方式主要根据中矿连生体的含量和对精矿质量要求而定,目前常见的石墨中矿的处理方式主要有集中返回、循序返回、单独处理、多种处理方式联合工艺等四种方式。随着石墨资源富矿、易选矿越来越少,贫矿、细矿、难选矿的选别成为当前面临的主要问题,多种处理方式联合工艺将成为处理这类贫、杂、细石墨矿中矿的主要方式。
The middlings processing mode of graphite ore flotation purification was mainly based on the content of graphite in the middling coenobium and the quality requirements of the final concentrate. At present the common processing modes of graphite middlings are focus return, step by step to return, handling alone and a variety of joint handling process and so on four ways. As rich and easy dressing graphite resource become less and less, poor, fine and difficult dressing ore is being the main problem faced now, a variety of joint handling process will become to the main process to deal with the poor, fine and difficult dressing ore.
