摘要
用常规的油井水泥浆对煤层进行封固,容易引起固井漏失,造成煤储层的污染。本文通过分析固井作业对煤储层的损害机理,提出了一种高强度、低密度水泥浆体系—空心玻璃微珠水泥浆,以减轻水泥浆密度,提高水泥环强度,从而最大限度降低对煤储层的伤害、提高固井质量。
It is easy to cause the cementing leakage and the pollution of coal reservoir in conventional oil well cement slurry cementing. In this article, through analyzing the damage mechanism of coal reservoir cementing operation, a high strength and low density cement slurry system - hollow glass microsphere slurry was developed in order to reduce the slurry density and increase the strength of the cement ring, so the harm to coal reservoir was minimized ,and the cementing quality was improved.
